TorGUI - TorGUI (Menu Item)

If the user clicks "TorGUI" in the QuickInfo-Menu he/she is offered the following options:



Three of them are self-explaining and don't open a new window. But Preferences does:


When this dialogue opens, it shows the current settings and the buttons "Show current state (discard changes)" and "Apply Changes" aren't active. Grey them out or something similar.
After applying changes / showing the current state the buttons are inactive again as a feedback, that it worked.

On to "Details".
